New Golden Horse Car Service, a livery base licensed by NYC Taxi & Limousine Commission, was established in 1990. For over 25 years we provide professional and prompt car service to local communities of New York City; these include Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Long Island & Staten Island. We emphasize strict screening process for all of our drivers to ensure friendly service and safe rides. Each driver is properly insured, as stipulated by TLC regulations. Having grown from a small company with 20 cars to more than 180 latest model sedans and minivans, with service stations in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and all 3 major airports (JFK, LGA & EWR). In addition, our service extends to Connecticut, New Jersey, Westchester, Upstate New York, Pennylvania & Massachusetts.
